The treat holders are finished, waiting to be filled with Valentine goodies. No candy for these cuties. Only the tastiest, buttery, sugar cookie hearts iced with white chocolate will do. These cookies are a labor of love: made from scratch with real butter, chilled, rolled out and cut into hearts with a little heart-shaped cutter. Bake, cool and then dip tops into melted Ghirardelli White Chocolate Wafers. Add Valentine sprinkles and you have an extra special treat.
Three of the little hearts fit perfectly into the treat holder. To preserve freshness, I package the cookies first in clear treat bags 3 3/4″ x 4″ and seal the bag with a clear mailing seal.
