Trick or Treat!
Posted on October 31st, 2014
Yes, it’s Halloween! The treats sit ready by the door just waiting for the trick-or-treaters. Paper craft and stamping provide fun for this grownup on Halloween. For the small price of some clear bags from the craft store, some extra scrapbook paper, and one of my favorite stamps and punches, I can treat the kids who come by tonight with an extra bit of kindness. The bags also make handing out the treats easier when a whole group shows up at the same time!
I used a Tags 4 You Clear Mount stamp from Stampin’ Up. This group of stamps is available now as a digital download from their website. The Label Bracket Punch is a must-have with the stamp set. (The punch also works with numerous other Stampin Up stamps.)
Be safe and have fun!
These look so great and I love how colorful they are…did you get them all handed out? Hugs, Di
Thanks, Diana. The kids seemed to really like them. When they saw the treats going into their sacks/pumpkins, their eyes lit up and they smiled and thanked me. Unfortunately, we had fewer trick-or-treaters than we’ve had in years. I have at least half of the treats left. To prevent excessive weight gain around the house, I’m sending some with both my son and husband as they head off to work tomorrow!
