Ho, Ho, Ho and a Merry Little Wish
Posted on December 1st, 2014
Welcome to Di’s Country Inkers December Blog Hop. This month we are featuring Christmas and winter themed projects. You may just be starting the blog hop, or you may have arrived here from Crystal’s Stampin’ on Rood Farm. The full lineup is listed below to help you move along from blog to blog.
The Christmas holiday season always puts me in the mood to make little boxes and treat bags to use as stocking stuffers and small gifts, and this year is no different. I found just the right project recently to begin my season of crafting over on Dee Slater’s blog. I’ve already assembled 15 of these cute little hand sanitizer holders to pass out to friends and family. As soon as I saw them, I knew I had to make them! (I was in luck, too, as Bath & Body Works had their hand sanitizer on special — 5 for $5.00.)
I tweaked the design just a little by using Cherry Cobbler instead of Real Red, adding a little bow of Baker’s Twine, and adhering a small tag on the back to write on. The little Santa’s hat from Get Your Santa On! and the word stamps from Festival of Trees were just the right size.
Supplies:
Paper: Cherry Cobbler & Whisper White cardstock
Stamps: Festival of Trees, Get Your Santa On
Accessories: Cherry Cobbler Baker’s Twine
Punches: Scalloped Tag Topper Punch, Petite Curly Label
