Here’s a card that I made this morning for the Freshly Made Sketches Challenge 318. I missed the upload window, but I love the card design and decided to play along anyway.  The little panda is from the Panda Party  stamp set that is free with a $50 purchase during Stampin’ Up!’s Sale-A-Bration going on now. The card base is Pool Party cardstock. I stamped the little sprinkles from Balloon Adventures with Versamark ink for a tonal effect. The ribbon behind the panda is a strip of Whole Lot of Lovely DSP.  I cut out the panda after I stamped him and adhered him to a mat of Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper framed with Basic Black cardstock.  He is only holding one balloon…
