My grandson is teaching me through example that fun is a precious aspect of crafting. When we are together, it’s never about a specific product. It’s about the fun in playing around with the watercolors, the stamps, and the paper. He rarely wants to watercolor a preprinted picture. Rather, he experiments with color and tells me stories that evolve out of the patterns of color appearing on the page.
