Here is a card that I made last fall and never posted. I love the flowers in this stamp set; they are so delicate. I embossed the Whisper White cardstock with the brick wall embossing folder after seeing Diana Gibbs’s card.  The Awesomely Artistic stamp set is a keeper with nine stamps that can be used to create a wide variety of cards.

I stamped the dragonfly on the front in Crumb Cake, cut it out, and popped it up with a dimensional. For the one on the inside, I stamped directly onto the card.

I find myself making cards with general sentiments that I can customize for just about any occasion whenever I need them. My supply of this type card is getting low, too. Seems like I’ve needed more sympathy cards than birthday cards this past year…one of the downsides to aging. As I’ve been typing this post, I’ve recommited to sending more birthday cards this year!
