Anything But a Card
Posted on October 15th, 2013
Today’s project is a treat bag that I made to go with the birthday card that I posted last week. Handmade cards are a wonderful way to let people know how much you care, but everyone enjoys a few sweet tidbits, too! I created this quick little bag with the Angie Juda’s instructions over on her Chic n Scratch blog. To add a decorative touch, I ran the bag through the Big Shot using one of the Adorning Accents Edgelits before I put it together.
If you need a quick little bag, give this one a try. I used the same Sycamore Street DSP as the birthday card, along with coordinating ribbon and cardstock. As I’ve said before, you can’t beat Stampin’ Up! for beautiful materials that coordinate so well. See the picture below for the matched pair.
Thanks for stopping by!
