A Merry Country Christmas PPA 176
Posted on October 17th, 2013
I’m having great fun creating my own Christmas cards for the Pals Paper Arts Challenges. This week’s sketch had me reaching for the plaid paper from Stampin’ Up!’s Season of Style holiday DSP. I love all things plaid, especially in this color. If I could buy an entire package of just this sheet of paper, I would buy…TWO! The Crumb Cake, Cherry Cobbler, and Chocolate Chip create a country Christmas look that I also love. The inside greeting from More Merry Messages seems to express the spirit of an old fashioned Christmas quite well.
The card went together quickly, so I’ll be making more of these to send out to friends this year. Do you send out Christmas cards to friends and loved ones? Its seems as if fewer and fewer people do.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my blog. I love to hear from readers, so please leave a comment below and have a blessed day!

A beautiful, clean card, Connie. Beautiful colors and texture. Congratulations on being a PPA pick!
Such a clean and classy holiday card. Love how you layered the plaid pattern over the texture! Congrats on being a PPA Pick!
This card is so pretty inside and out! Love the way you did the bottom strip! Thanks for sharing with us at Pals Paper Arts this week!
LOVE…LOVE …LOVE!!! Crumb Cake is my favorite and I adore how you used the DSP… this is a super card and the liner truly adds to finale punch to it! Thanks for playing with the PALS this week!
I really like your country color combo, Connie. Plaids are always a favorite of mine and your embellishments look great with this plaid. Thanks for joining us at the Pals Paper Arts this week!
